Plandra is a Scandinavian-built app for real-life coordination, created to make it easier for friends, families and small groups to plan, meet and remember.
The best moments in life often start with a simple idea: a weekend away, a dinner with friends, a family gathering, a trip, a celebration.
But making those moments happen is still surprisingly messy. Plans get scattered across chats, links, spreadsheets, payment apps, photo albums and calendar invites.
Plandra brings all of that into one shared event space, so groups can spend less energy coordinating and more energy actually seeing each other.
Plandra is built by a small team with support from advisors who believe in social, real-life products.

A founder story from the forests of Halland
Plandra was founded by Henrik Willstedt, a Swedish entrepreneur who started coding his first games as a six-year-old in the forests of Halland.
That early curiosity eventually led to consumer products, mobile games and large-scale social experiences. Henrik was part of building Quizduell, one of Europe’s most successful quiz games, which reached more than 100 million players by the time of its exit in 2017.
Years later, after moving from Stockholm to Varberg, Henrik kept noticing the same quiet problem: seeing friends and family required more coordination than it should. The desire was there. The friction was in the planning.
Plandra grew from that insight. A simple belief that technology should help people meet in real life, not only keep them scrolling.
Started coding small games in Halland, Sweden.
Helped build one of Europe’s most successful quiz games, reaching 100M+ players by exit in 2017.
Moved to Sweden’s west coast and became increasingly interested in tools that help people stay close despite busy lives.
Founded Plandra to make real-life group planning simpler, warmer and more social.
