For Investors
Plandra is building the social coordination layer for small groups.
A consumer app for the millions of real-life gatherings that still get planned through messy chats, scattered tools and forgotten decisions.
Contact HenrikSmall group planning is massive, frequent and underserved.
People constantly coordinate in small groups: trips, dinners, birthdays, holidays, bachelor parties, family weekends, activities and recurring gatherings.
Yet most of this still happens inside group chats, where conversation and coordination compete for the same space. Decisions get buried. Payments are handled elsewhere. Photos disappear into camera rolls. The plan is never truly in one place.
Large event platforms focus on ticketed events, professional organizers or public gatherings. Productivity tools feel too formal. Social platforms are not built for practical coordination.
Plandra sits in the gap: a social coordination product for small real-life groups.
A shared event space for every gathering.
Plandra gives each event a dedicated space with the tools groups already need before, during and after they meet.

Why now
Group chats are overloaded
Group chats are the default coordination layer, but they were not designed to store decisions, tasks, costs, schedules and memories.
People want real-life connection
After years of increasingly digital social behavior, tools that help people meet in person are becoming more valuable.
AI can make planning feel lighter
AI can help groups turn messy intent into concrete plans, suggestions and reminders, especially when it lives inside the context of the event.
Mobile-native coordination is still unsolved
Most planning tools are either too formal, too fragmented or too narrow. Plandra is designed around how small groups actually behave on mobile.
Business model
Plandra is designed with a generous free product and premium upgrades for higher-intent events.
Today, users can upgrade individual events to Plandra Pro.
Future: A subscription model for power users is under development.
The product is built around natural group-level value. When one event is upgraded, premium benefits can improve the experience for everyone involved in that plan (event-level premium sharing / shared premium value).
Traction
Plandra is live on iOS and Android and is being used for real events.
Detailed metrics on growth, retention, virality, monetization and unit economics are available on request.
