Plandra Community Guidelines
Our purpose
Plandra helps small groups plan private events safely and respectfully. Keep things friendly, lawful, and considerate—online and IRL.
Quick TL;DR
- Be respectful. No harassment, hate, threats, or doxxing.
- Private means private. Don't re-share content or PII outside your event.
- Consent first. For photos, tags, and location sharing—never pressure anyone.
- Minors protected. Absolutely no sexualization or endangerment of children (including AI/manipulated media).
- No scams or spam. Don't abuse SMS invites or push promos.
- Hosts set the tone. Make expectations clear; keep guests safe.
- We enforce. We may remove content or accounts immediately for severe violations.
1) Respect & Safety
- No harassment or bullying. Do not insult, intimidate, stalk, or raid chats.
- No threats or glorification of violence.
- No hate or hateful conduct. Attacks or slurs against protected characteristics are forbidden.
- No doxxing or invasions of privacy. Never share someone's personal data (real name, phone, address, workplace, photos of IDs, etc.) without explicit permission.
- No sexually explicit content involving minors. This includes real, edited, stylized, or AI-generated media. We will escalate to authorities where required.
2) Private events, private content
- Plandra events are private by design. Don't screenshot, export, or forward messages/photos without clear consent from the people involved.
- If someone asks you to remove their image or name, be decent—comply when reasonable.
3) Location sharing = opt-in, time-limited
- Location sharing is voluntary, manually enabled, and time-limited.
- Never coerce others to share their location. Don't track or surveil anyone.
- Do not rely on Plandra for emergencies or precision navigation.
4) Photos, filming & tagging
- Ask first. Some guests don't want to be photographed or named.
- Be extra careful with children and sensitive contexts (homes, schools, medical or religious settings).
- Remove upon request where reasonable.
5) Invites, SMS & contact lists
- Use SMS invites responsibly. Don't mass-message people who wouldn't expect it.
- You must have consent to contact invitees.
- No charge to you for Plandra's invitation SMS—but don't exploit that (spam or growth-hacking via cold blasts is prohibited).
6) Spam, scams & platform integrity
- No spam, link-farms, pyramid schemes, impersonation, fake giveaways, ticketing scams, or phishing.
- Don't misrepresent who you are. No pretending to be another person or a Plandra representative.
7) Illegal or dangerous activities
- Don't plan, promote, or facilitate illegal acts.
- Don't encourage self-harm or reckless behavior. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
8) Intellectual property
- Share only content you have rights to share.
- Honor takedown requests and copyright claims. Repeated infringement may lead to account loss.
9) Hosts have extra responsibility
- Set expectations (photos allowed? kids present? dress code? accessibility?).
- Safety first—venues, transport, and activities should be appropriate for your group.
- Keep expenses transparent; don't pressure people into payments they didn't agree to.
- Use polls/checklists to coordinate fairly; avoid last-minute changes that strand guests.
10) Minors & age gates
- Plandra is 13+. If minors are present, adults must act responsibly.
- Never share minors' personal info or schedules publicly; avoid posting school/location details.
11) Sensitive topics & content labeling
- Be mindful with graphic injury content, medical info, or intense debates.
- If you share synthetic/AI media that depicts real people, disclose it and never use it to deceive or harm.
12) Reporting & how we handle issues
- Report in-app (where available) or email support@plandra.com with: event name, participants, timestamps, screenshots/links, and a brief description.
- We review reports and may act without notifying the reported party if risk is high.
13) Enforcement
We may, at our discretion:
- Remove content or restrict features;
- Warn users (when suitable);
- Suspend or terminate accounts immediately for zero-tolerance violations (e.g., child safety, credible threats, severe harassment, hate, serious privacy breaches, egregious spam/scams);
- Notify authorities where the law requires.
14) Appeals
If you believe we made a mistake, reply to our notice or contact support@plandra.com. Provide context, evidence, and why you think the action should be revised. Repeated or severe violations may not be eligible.
15) Event tips (optional but recommended)
- Share an agenda and accessibility info.
- Use checklists for responsibilities (rides, childcare, allergens).
- Confirm photo/location norms upfront.
- Decide expense rules before the event; keep receipts when splitting.
16) Updates
These Guidelines may change. We'll update the date above and may notify you in-app. Continued use implies acceptance.
